Full-rate network connection

AXIS T8640 PoE+ over Coax Adapter Kit comprises AXIS T8641 PoE+ over Coax Base Unit and AXIS T8642 PoE+ over Coax Device Unit. It can also be used in those installations that require PoE transmissions over 100 m (328 ft). A full-rate network connection is delivered over maximum cable ranges of 500 m, which far exceed most recommended distances for analog video installation. An optional power supply can be used if PoE is not available, or if higher power for the network camera is needed. Please check the Setup-tab or Range-tab below for more information.
